Situated in the lower ground floor of the Burlington Hotel, the Bay Tree Bar & Grill is a popular venue for both locals and hotel residents, with modern and stylish yet comfortable surroundings and offering premium drinks from local distilleries and vineyards and unique signature cocktails, complimented by a food offering that focuses on produce from Kent, also known as ‘The Garden of England’ and its surrounding areas.
The Bay Tree Grill serves food between 7am to 10am for breakfast and 6pm to 9.30pm for dinner. From March to October, our full menu is also available Friday to Sunday from noon to 9.30pm in the Bay Tree Bar. Between November and February, dinner may be served solely in the Bay Tree Bar.
You can download our menus using the links on this page. Hotel guests are encouraged to book a table at reception to avoid disappointment.
Whilst the hotel is Pet Friendly, pets are not allowed in the Bay Tree Bar & Grill. We will however do our utmost to cater for your four-legged friends in the Martello Bar or our Lounges if the area has not been booked out for a private event and if you would like to eat or drink with your trusted companion at your side.
FRIDAY TO SUNDAY - 4.30pm until 6.30pm. All Signature Cocktails and a selection of Seasonal Cocktails are just £6 each.

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please do contact us to let us know. Should you have any particular dietary concerns or allergies, please do inform us when you book your table and when ordering your meals; our chefs may be able to adapt some of our menus to meet your requirements. Please note a 10% discretionary gratuity will be added to your bill in our bars and restaurants which is passed on to our team members supplementary to their salaries.
